AMSTERDAM EXTRAVAGANZA
A friend and I believe we have a fun idea and here is what it is: Rent a store in Amsterdam, invite friends, provide wine, live-music, poetry-slams, improv stand-up, mariachi bands, cooking classes, make art, laugh loudly, share stories, express emotions, be silly, be serious, create incredible memories.
We plan on filming throughout the time at the shop, so to come back home with great footage to create a show for all the guests to relive and for all of those who couldn't attend to experience just as though they were there.
Imagine going to Amsterdam in August of 2023 and being invited to a pop-up corner store where from the moment you walk in you're handed a free glass of wine, there's music playing, and people to speak with without any sort of expectation. Imagine if the only reason you are there is because you are wanted there and want to be there; people want you to be there just for you to be you. Oh, and there's a mariachi band.
